Teamwork really counts at Houghtons because we believe that if everyone’s heading in the same direction we’ll get where we want to sooner.

Led by director Rob Houghton, who takes personal responsibility for dealing with our customers, we have over 20 highly experienced staff working in our state of the art workshop and for our back-up administrative services.

While everyone has their own areas of specialism and expertise our approach to teamwork means that everyone is ready to pitch in whenever it’s necessary to keep a project on schedule or to meet commitments that we’ve made to our customers.

Because we also believe in bringing on the next generation of talented joiners we also have two apprentices in the workshop – and last year we were delighted that one of them won a highly prestigious prize in the 2014 Leeds Apprenticeship Awards.
